Items must be unworn and unwashed in their new condition. You can return your product within 14 days of delivery date for store credit or exchange if the item is still in stock.
Items excluded from returns include custom orders or holiday themed items. To request a return, please email email@example.com. The buyer is responsible for all associated shipping fees.
Once the order is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you if we approved the return and issue a gift card electronically.
If an item is damaged or has a quality issue, please contact us within 3 days.
